I am a Board Certified Massage Therapist in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork,  a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, a Certified American College of Sports Medicine Health/Fitness Instructor,  a Certified Bellanina Spa Services Specialist, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Michigan.    I am a graduate of Ohio University, with a Masters of Science degree in Physical Education, with concentration in Health Promotion & Disease Prevention.  I have been a Massage Therapist and have owned my own business since 1992.  I utilize a variety of Therapeutic Massage Techniques including:  Swedish Massage, Trigger Point, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofacial Release, Cupping and Reflexology.  I enjoy helping my clients walk without pain and muscle stiffness, and to feel healthier and more relaxed.
